The Riddick Isn’t Done With Us Yet!

Vin Diesel is known for a bunch of iconic roles, but if he was ever a part of a franchise that has his signature on it, it would be “Riddick.”

Fans were kind of bummed out when the last installment was released, realizing that it was the end of the road for the mercury-eyed mercenary. Well, that’s not quite true.

As it happens, the actor officially confirmed that a fourth “Riddick” movie is in the works. The sequel has been titled “Furia,” and alongside it a TV series are being developed!

When you think about it, the first film that featured the brutal character came out 15 years ago with the title “Pitch Black.” Although it wasn’t as known as Vin Diesel is today, it grew into a franchise that spawned many imitations, as well as an animated spinoff series.

As for the TV series, the move this franchise is making isn’t illogical at all – just think about “Game of Thrones,” “Breaking Bad,” “The Walking Dead,” and the success these shows have accomplished via the small screen.
