There’s no rest for the beautiful and talented, especially when the beautiful and talented have a flexible schedule. Marion Cottilard, one of the biggest names in French film and generally, one of the most-demanded actresses in the world, is reportedly going to add another project to her schedule. According to various sources, the stunning A-lister is going to appear in an untitled spy thriller.

Naturally, Marion’s role is going to be a pretty important one, as she is set to play an assassin in Robert Zemeckis’ World War II spy thriller.

Not only that, but her co-star will be none other than Mr. Hollywood himself, Brad Pitt.

Pitt and Cotillard will play assassins who fall madly in love while working on a mission to take out a German official.

The deadly couple ends up getting married, but the story doesn’t end there in a happy ending. In time, Pitt’s character finds out that his wife is working as a double agent for the Nazis and that his next job is to end his love’s life.

The movie will be directed by the already mentioned and extremely talented Robert Zemeckis, while the script was penned down by Steven Knight.

It seems that Cotillard took a liking to the whole assassin genre, since she will be also co-starring in Assassin’s Creed, while her latest work in Macbeth can be seen in October.
