Harrison Ford was 64 when filming began but insisted on performing all of his own stunts. The film went on to earn more than $786 million making its producers extremely happy.

Die-hard fans of the franchise were not so happy with the film and coined the phrase “nuked the fridge” in reference to a scene where Jones survives a nuclear blast by hiding in a fridge. The phrase is similar to “jumped the shark” which refers to a point where a movie or TV show has passed its prime.
